The PQB Fruit Tree Project uses volunteers to pick fruit trees using the standard model for this type of initiative. 1/3 goes to the homeowner, 1/3 to the volunteer, and 1/3 to the Food Bank.

I am interested to know how the picking is done. Is a pole pruner used, a ladder? I am of course worried about liability on my property. Safety first, but would love to share my harvest with others in the community. Thank you
